I also think (not sure on this as I haven't done yet) but there are facility lead items which can get you into a battle to lower the actual avatar project blip counter.Īlso getting the 12 bar does not immediately get a game over.
The more facilities you have up at one time, the faster the blips happen since they all have their own progress bar. As for the avater project blips, they are removed when you complete certain story objectives. Any blips under the facility when its destroyed are removed from the counter.
If you look under each facility on the map (and the avatar symbol as well) you can see how much progress each facility has contributed.
